Welcome to July 2020! Ever since we started hearing about the COVID-19 crisis both social and business conversations seem to always gravitate to “when will things return to normal?” or “what will a given industry look like post COVID-19?”. So many of these discussions try to answer THE question of whether life will return to what is was before, or whether we will instead see permanent change that redefines normal?
Personally, I’ve really enjoyed these conversations and the depths to which some, across industries, have thought about how they can reinvent and pivot their business models in an effort to evolve stronger than ever.
In the spirit of this positivity, let me share a few of my own thoughts and here’s hoping we can all share what we believe can be done to reinvigorate these service industries and help them all back to prosperity!
